Public Access TV studios in Connecticut have been losing funding for years due to people dropping Cable TV subscriptions. Most of these “cord cutters” still have their internet subscription, which is where they watch all their shows, movies, etc. No cord has been cut, consumers just pivoted to the internet, which is the same cords.
